Ski Wellness Coach

Een actie van de vereniging ‘skischolen in Ski amadé’:

Twee uur wellness-coaching: de skischolen in Ski amadé proberen met dit aanbod gezond skiën centraal te stellen.

De wellness-coach (speciaal opgeleid) begeleidt de gasten twee uur lang en toont hen, hoe zij met de juiste skistijl iets voor hun gezondheid kunnen doen. Aan de hand van een polsunit kunnen het calorieverbruik, de afgelegde hoogtemeters, de EPOC waarde en de verandering van de hartslagfrequentie geanalyseerd worden. De uitrusting (polsunit en borstband) wordt door de skischool ter beschikking gesteld.

Dit arrangement is bij alle skischolen in Ski amadé te boeken => prijs: € 99,00.
