The complex is located at an altitude of 800 meters, 200 meters from the slopes and the ski lift in the cozy Alpendorf, a real ski-in and ski-out village. The Snow-Space-Salzburg (Alpendorf-Wagrain-Flachau) ski area starts at the lift and the piste, which are almost next to the apartment. The penthouse has a large terrace in the sun with fantastic views of the mountains.

In the basement there is a heated ski room with boot dryers.
There is also a shared washer and dryer with a 2 euro coin operated machine.
Restaurants, a ski school and ski and bike rentals are less than 300 m away from the apartment.

Particularities;

Due to the tranquility, the apartment is not rented to groups of young people
pets are not allowed.
2 parking spaces (several cars must be parked in the village)
there is still no possibility to charge an electric car.
