A sun salutation at the summit of the Fulseck mobilises the first energy for the upcoming downhill runs, stopping at special power spots for more asanas. For lunch, a delicious meal, recipes and information on yogic nutrition await you at a ski hut. You then continue your hike with snowshoes in beautiful natural surroundings to recharge your batteries at unique power spots.

To be on the glacier first thing in the morning to take wonderful pictures of the morning vibe - who can say they've done that?! The adrenaline will kick in at the latest on the suspension bridge or the 'stairs to nowhere'. After breakfast in the panoramic restaurant, the ice palace tour continues in the Rosmarienstollen. The guided freeride tour continues over the famous Edelgrieß, but be careful! The ascent and descent are a real challenge and not suitable for beginners!
