The Wiener Schnitzel is not only representative of our hut dishes, but also of whole Austria. You will probably never get more „Austria“ on your plate.
Traditionally, it is a thinly breaded piece of veal, with the more common variants definitely being pork and turkey. The side dishes can vary individually, from potato salad to "parsley potatoes" to fries. Add a few cranberries and your favorite dish is ready. :)

For this dish mostly regional mountain cheese is mixed with classic spaetzle and then garnished with fried onions... very extensive and hearty, but incredibly good! Mmmhhhh...
Perfect for in between, especially for larger groups, so that all skiers and snowboarders get their favorites :) A colorful mix of sausages and cheeses, side dishes and pastries certainly offers the right refreshment for everyone.
In spring with warm temperatures and firn snow, it's better to go for a Brettljausn and a cold beer than warm dishes. :)
