Located at the foot of the mountains in Grossarltal right next to the ski slope, THE EDELWEISS Salzburg Mountain Resort is the ideal retreat for active people, those looking for relaxation and connoisseurs. The Hettegger host family is now the third generation to run the luxurious resort with a lot of cordiality and commitment. Since 2019, guests can expect a modern new building with spacious Alpine-style suites and the 7,000 square meter EDELWEISS Mountain Spa with indoor aquapark, two outdoor pools, various saunas and separate areas for families and adults.

The award-winning EDELWEISS Mountain Cuisine indulges you in various rooms and focuses on the use of local ingredients. The market square, the fine dining restaurant and the new Sirloin steak restaurant promise further culinary highlights. Wine connoisseurs get their money's worth in the Kork & Gloria wine bar. In winter, the Talstadtion gondola and the ski slope are right next door. The high-end ski depot, our own ski rental and shop round off the perfect winter holiday.

Sunday:
OPTIONAL: 1. Exclusive gondola dinner in the Hochbrandbahn with an aperitif reception and wine accompaniment with the exquisite Ski amadé wines (can be booked additionally for € 110 per person. Please let us know when making a reservation) Start at 5 p.m. – limited number of participants

Monday:
Aperitif reception with host family Hettegger and musical accompaniment by a harp player

Tuesday:
OPTIONAL: 2nd exclusive gondola dinner in the Hochbrandbahn with aperitif reception and wine accompaniment with the exquisite Ski amadé wines (can be booked additionally for € 110.00 pp. Please let us know when making a reservation) beginning at 5:00 p.m. - limited number of participants

Wednesday:
"Weinroas" with many top Austrian winegrowers in 13 hotels in the Grossarl Valley. Take the shuttle bus or walk from hotel to hotel. Collect stamps for your wine pass and win great prizes. (Award ceremony at the Wine & Enjoyment Gala on Friday. You will receive the "Wine Pass" upon arrival. It entitles you to take part in the Weinroas free of charge.)

Thursday:
Après-ski party with start number distribution from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the RambazamBar directly at the valley station for the Big Bottle Butteln. Unclaimed numbers will be handed out at the Laireiteralm on Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. In the evening, the menu is accompanied by a wine from the Pöckl winery in Mönchhof.

Friday:
From 2:00 p.m. "Big Bottle digging" - the treasure hunt with 18 valuable prizes and an Audi A1 Sportback or a real pot of gold as the main prize. In the evening the "Wine & Enjoyment Gala" takes place in the winegrower's tent with prize draw and award ceremony. For spontaneous people, for those who are not on site the whole week, there is also the possibility to register later.

Of course you can also book the Ski-Wine-Pleasure-Week for fewer nights.

GELANGEN SIE SICHER UND BEQUEM INS SKIGEBIET IHRER WAHL

Wer im Skiparadies Zauchensee oder im Skigebiet Radstadt-Altenmarkt unterwegs ist, nutzt für den Transport vom Hotel oder der Ferienwohnung zum täglichen Ski-Genuss und zurück am besten die im gesamten SalzburgerLand regelmäßig verkehrenden Skibusse.

Der Skibus Zauchensee und der Bus zwischen Radstadt und Altenmarkt ermöglichen Ihnen ein unbeschwertes Skivergnügen im gesamten Skiparadies Zauchensee. Wenn Sie Ihren Skitag zum Beispiel in Flachauwinkl starten und in Zauchensee beenden, bringt Sie der Skibus schnell, sicher und bequem zurück in Ihren Urlaubsort – dasselbe gilt natürlich auch in der Gegenrichtung. Weiter unten finden Sie die Busfahrpläne Radstadt, Altenmarkt, Zauchensee und retour.

Die Skibusse verkehren nur bei entsprechender Schneelage und Liftbetrieb.

Für Skifahrer und Snowboarder ist die Fahrt mit dem Skibus zu und von den Skistationen, zur Ausübung des Skisports,kostenlos. Eeine kostenlose Beförderung von Gruppen gibt es nicht. Gruppenreisende bitte am Vortag bis 17.00 Uhr bei der Zauchensee Liftgesellschaft telefonisch unter + 43 (0) 6452 40 00 reservieren.

The best way to feel weightlessness is on the suspension bridge on the Dachstein glacier. When you step onto the 100 meter long suspension bridge, you experience a magnificent view, which is complemented by a breathtaking view down into nothingness from the glass platform of the stairs.
