Have you ever dreamed to look at the world with the eyes of a bird – without motor, without noise? A paragliding flight can make this dream come true. And everyone can do it – in a tandem flight! Together with a qualified and experienced tandem pilot no previous courses or special requirements are needed, just a little bit of courage.

Age: from 6 to 99 (weight from 30 kg to 100 kg)

Après ski bar, café, snack bar, right on the 8 Königslehen train and at the end of the 6km-long toboggan run Königslehen!

Mit dem Postbus, Skibus oder Auto geht es bis nach Hüttschlag und weiter in den malerischen Talschluss. Ruhe und Stille bestimmen hier am Eingang zum Nationalpark Hohe Tauern das Tempo. Am gemütlichsten geht´s mit der Pferdekutsche weiter (Anmeldung erforderlich) oder man spaziert zu Fuß die 2 km durch die tief verschneite Winterlandschaft vorbei an einem Wildgehege bis hin zum Ötzlsee. Zurück zum Parkplatz am selben Weg.

Direkt an der Piste inmitten des Familienschigebietes Hochkeil - Schilift direkt vorm Haus!

Ein Besuch in unserem Silver Bullet ist für Partyfans ein Muss. Das Motto dieser Bar:
"We know how to party - do you?" Live Musik, Snacks wie z.B. Fingerfood, Burger, Salate oder trendige Menüs, schäumendes Bier in amerikanischem / kanadischem Hüttenambiente, auf zwei Etagen mit 14 m Dachhöhe. Die Silver Bullet Bar bietet den besten Aprés-Ski mit Live-Bands die ganze Wintersaison täglich (außer Mittwoch) ab 15.30 Uhr an.
Im Sommer ist das Silver Bullet der Treffpunkt im Zentrum von Bad Gastein!
Klettergarten, Slackline, Federball, Tischfußball, Sportvideos und natürlich unsere Sonnenterrasse mit Liegen.

What to expect in the BIKE WORLD:

The BIKE world provides you with support at the highest level:

• E-bike rental in Wagrain and Kleinarl (in Kleinarl are Mountainbikes available as well as E-Bikes)
• professionally competent guiding by our partner JJBiking
• On-site bike service
• Bike shop

You can rent e-bikes and mountainbikes, from 20 "children's bicycles to hardtails (only suspension fork), fullys (fully suspended) and hardtails with a low step-through. Of course, it is also possible to rent a trailer from Thule (Chariot) with it nothing stands in the way of a family trip with the little ones.

Guided e-bike tours:

Discover the area around Wagrain and Kleinarl on the guided e-bike tours of our partner JJBiking (info@jjbiking.at or 0043 664 47674087). The current weekly program can be found here.

Pump it:

Visit the mountain bike skills area in Kleinarl directly at our location with a new pump track and riding technique exercises for all skill levels. Here you can learn the necessary technique in a playful way to ride the trails safely.

Our house is located quiet and in a sunny location
at the valley station of the 8 Königslehenbahn in Radstadt.
Also at the 6 km long toboggan run Königslehen and the Tauern cross-country trail. Ski school and ski rental directly in front of the house.

We are a family-run business, the needs of our guests is our priority. For us it is important that the guests come as a guest and leave as friends.

MIT DEM GRATIS-SKIBUS ZUM MONTE POPOLO
Die Skibusse zum Skigebiet monte popolo fahren regelmäßig ab Saisonstart bis zum Saisonende – Ausnahmen bei den Fahrzeiten werden auf den PDF's extra vermerkt.

Folgende Ortsteile und Nachbarorte werden angefahren: Flachau, Hüttau, Ortsgebiet Eben inklusive Schattbach und Gasthofsiedlung 

From the Sonnalm, the toboggan path leads through the snow-covered coniferous forest in serpentines down to the hotel village of Zauchensee at 1,350 m. A gentle route with a constant gradient.

Price per sledge: € 4.00; Use of the toboggan run is free!

Accessibility: on foot (4 km. Walking time approx. 1:15 h)
