Our house is located quiet and in a sunny location
at the valley station of the 8 Königslehenbahn in Radstadt.
Also at the 6 km long toboggan run Königslehen and the Tauern cross-country trail. Ski school and ski rental directly in front of the house.

We are a family-run business, the needs of our guests is our priority. For us it is important that the guests come as a guest and leave as friends.

Start your day with a sumptuous breakfast buffet with regional delicacies, freshly prepared egg dishes, home-made jams, everything that you could wish for. To give you energy for your active, if requested we can provide a “Hoamat-Jause” bag of snacks. In the evening enjoy being spoiled with not only our international dishes, but also original Pinzgau specialities or vegetarian dishes.

Markus Kapeller enjoys working with seasonal and regional products. The ARX offers its guests a daily changing 3-course menu or ‘classics’ that are always on the menu. The Flying Coaster provides a breathtaking rollercoaster feeling and a high fun factor. From the bottom station of the zipline, a thin tube leads down into the forest at a height of between 3 and 12 metres and is built in the design of a roller coaster with up and down elements. Guests whizz past the ground and trees at speeds of up to 40 km/h down into the valley. The track is around 800 metres long and covers a height difference of over 100 metres. A ride on the Flying Coaster in Gröbming guarantees a pure adrenaline rush.

“A restaurant for every occasion” – the restaurant Aberg Stub’n could hardly be described more appropriately. The à la carte restaurant in Maria Alm at the foot of the Hochkönig is the ideal place for a cozy dinner for two, with the whole family or for very special occasions. The Aberg Stub’n is only open during the winter season and makes gourmets' hearts beat faster. The people of Salzburg as well as those of holiday guests from all over the world.

It's easy to explain why: Regionality and passion are the top priorities for the kitchen team at Aberg Stub’n. Only the best ingredients find their way into the Pflandl. The result? Typical Austrian and international dishes that are real culinary delights.

Arrive, relax, enjoy. This is particularly easy in the Aberg Stub’n restaurant. As soon as you enter the rustic dining room with its warming tiled stove, the cozy interior makes you want more. At the latest when you look at the menu – filled with delicacies from all over the world – it is clear: an evening in Maria Alm could hardly end better.

Tobogganing is great fun for all ages.

The Kleinbergalm can be reached on foot from the centre of the village or on the Grossberg chairlift. The alpine hut and the toboggan run are very popular – in the evenings too.

With an environmentally friendly and ecological, completely Co² neutral ice surface of 800 m², the Seminar- und Landhotel Häuserl im Wald offers a year-round ice sports facility for curling and ice skating!

"Almrausch Planai", the largest OPEN AIR pavilion in the Alps, is directly at the top station of the Planai 6-seater cable car or 300 m below the top station, on the east run on piste no Cosiness ”in the pavilion and on the almost 500 m² terrace. Laughter is healthy ?
