If you like wintersports and would like to spend your skiing holidays in Austria, you definitely have to join some apres-ski-party. At the Bachwirt the apres ski is small, friendly and fun. In winter our sun-patio is our apres-ski-bar and between 4:00 and 7:00 PM it is time to party in front of the restaurant Bachwirt in Maria Alm.

With snowshoes you can experience the Styrian region Schladming-Dachstein in its original form. There are countless snowshoe tours available in various degrees of difficulty.

Watch a hollywood blockbuster movie in one of the 5 modern cinema halls. On some days during the month, movies are played OV (original version). All other movies are in German (synchronized versions).

In addition to the cinema you can find an entertainment area with table football, airhockey, billiard or you can enjoy a drink and have dinner at one of the two restaurants/bars.

Anyone who strives for higher goals and has the necessary commitment will find all the opportunities for challenges on the mountain at the Klaus Ski School, especially since the Hochkönig region and our experienced ski instructors open all doors for this. Adrenaline-filled variant trips with steep slopes, deep snow or bumps are still the ultimate for freeriders and individualists.

Gemütlich & gut Flachauwinkl - Sunshine Shuttle - Talstation

The Radstadt/Altenmarkt ski area is an insider tip for skiers and toboggan fans in Ski amadé. On the small but very fine ski mountain, all 4 main lifts come together on the "Kemahdhöhe", the central point of the ski area.

Up here, in addition to the start of the 6km long Königslehen toboggan run and the popular photo motif mascot "Kinigl", there is also a sacred place with the Holy Family made of "Sölker marble" and a summit cross made of old lift parts. This place invites you to linger and relax with a magnificent view. 

Cross-country skiing

According to snow and weather conditions, you can choose from a great offer of cross-country trails. Along the river Enns or the "Dörferlanglaufloipe" Haus-Aich-Pruggern, the " Kufsteinloipe" in Weißenbach, or the "Sonnenloipe" in Birnberg, both classic and skating runners will enjoy it to the full.
