The traditional restaurant "Kreistenalm" is located at the top station of the 6-men chairlift Gernkogelbahn, on the slope to the valley. The family run alpine hut offers traditional dishes with full service.

Experience mountains and nature consciously. We have created for you in the mountain area some quiet Platzl with trendy as well as classic seating. With a dreamlike view you can relax at the Natur Platzl, Sonnen Platzl, Servus Platzl, Gamsjaga Platzl or Glockner Platzl.

Very popular meeting place after skiing to the après ski!

The Gamskogelhütte is one of the cosiest mountain restaurants with self-service in Zauchensee. This is where skiers and snowboarders also connoisseurs who go up with the comfortable 6-seater chairlift Gamskogel and leave again carrying down.

At 1900 m above sea level are waiting not only the large sun terrace and offers panoramic views, but also Pongauer specialties and international cuisine.

We offer you the relaxation that you need! Good home cooking that guarantees nothing to be desired!

Arrive, switch off and just enjoy being there with a view of a unique mountain backdrop – alone, as a couple or with friends. Chef Roman spoils our guests with regional and freshly prepared dishes. Our alpine butlers serve a fine drop from our wine cellar, which offers a large selection from Austria, South Tyrol, Germany and Italy.

Especially for the Ski and Wine Enjoyment Week from 9th to 16th of March 2024, we offer a main course every day accompanied by wines from renowned winegrowers from Austria. There will also be a wine tasting with a winemaker on one day during this week.
