Nightlife in Altenmarkt has a new name: "Metzger Hole Bar" -Live music, cocktails and more.

During the day the Almbar is a popular ski chalet which is visited by skiers of the Faschinglifts. In the evening the Almbar converts into a fine restaurant with excellent food.

Every Thursday there is live music in the evening. The menu is extensive and sure to be something for every taste. On the wine list you will find the best Austrian wines.

Delicious culinary delights with a magnificent view on the Kaiblingalm ski trail

Directly on the slope "Kaiblingalm-Skiweg 6A" - the connecting slope to the most magnificent downhill runs on Hauser Kaibling - lies the new Harrys Alm, owned by Harry and his wife Gerti. Harrys Alm belongs to the AlmSkihütten and is one of a total of 16 ski huts on Hauser Kaibling.

In a comfortably modern hut ambience incl. sun terrace with a fantastic view of the Dachstein massif, connoisseurs get their money's worth with Kaiserschmarren and hot chocolate. You don't want to leave there? Then on top of that you can secure one of the new apartments, in rustic cozy style and equipped with all amenities.

Die Hoo-Ruck Alm wurde komplett neu gestaltet und echt urig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bodenständig und serviert wird neben heimischer Hausmannskost auch Fingerfood und Snacks für Zwischendurch. Und wie sich’s für eine Alm gehört gibt es jede Woche und auf Bestellung stimmungsvolle Hüttenabende mit Stelzenessen.

The fascinating thing about freeride tours is to draw your feelings in the snow in complete freedom and breathtaking nature. During such descents can occur through adrenaline influence extreme feelings of happiness which are called FLOW in the freeride scene.

Your guide will also familiarize you with the behavior on the mountain, avalanche transceiver (LVS), avalanche situation, companion rescue, etc..
