The concert of "Die Ärzte" has been postponed again!
New date: 15.09.2022

Please read the statement below from the organizer!

"Die Ärzte" are coming to Bad Hofgastein on September 15th, 2022 and as "probably the best band in the world" they will probably give one of the best concerts of the year.

It's been a long time since the early days of squat performances to today's sold-out concerts in stadiums, but the band, consisting of Bela B, Farin Urlaub and Rodrigo González, is still not dead. That's a damn good thing, because the pop dinosaurs (quote: Smudo) are still one of the most successful German bands and prove their right to exist at the top of the German-speaking pop and rock Olympus with a lot of humor but also with socially critical topics. The list of hit singles is at least as long as the list of songs that ended up on the index in the 80's. In addition to the self-proclaimed title of "Best Band in the World", the doctors also carry the dubious title of "Most Indexed Band in Germany" – at least in the 80s.

The year 2021 was marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, which affected social, economic and cultural life. The further development of the current situation with regard to the concerts by Helene Fischer and Die Ärzte planned for April 2022 is unfortunately very difficult to assess at this point in time, which is why the organizer (Leutgeb Entertainment Group) together with the Gastein contractual partners (spa and Tourismusverband Bad Hofgastein and Gasteiner Bergbahnen) decided to postpone the events again.

"The safety and health of all participants, artists and, above all, the concert-goers is a priority, as is the fact that in the current situation there is absolutely no planning security for the thousands of fans. For this reason, we have decided with a heavy heart to postpone the concerts again," says Klaus Leutgeb, Managing Director of Leutgeb Entertainment Group GmbH.
