herbal weekend

Limited number of participants - first come, first serve

Note: this herb weekend is intended for beginners. We are at 800-900 m above sea level. So it is not a course specifically about alpine herbs.

Requirements for participation: Covid-19 tested, vaccinated or recovered.

• A cooking workshop with wild herbs and dinner together

• A 2 ½ hour herb hike with two herb experts Melanie & Franziska

• Workshop with Melanie & Franziska on Oxymel (1 hour)

• A wild herb dinner in the "witch garden"

• Herbal walk with collecting (1 hour)

• Workshop natural pharmacy with 3 homemade herbal products to take at home (3 hours)

• Natural cosmetics workshop with 3 homemade products (2 ½ hours)

• Detailed script with recipes and portraits of wild herbs

• A surprise for every participant

• A goodie bag to take home with you
