History from the source. Located on the border with Germany, after the National Socialists seized power in Germany in 1933 the town of Hallein was also exposed to extreme fascist propaganda. During this walk, we clearly see the negative impact the war had for Hallein in terms of militarization, the general emergency situation, and above all, the effects it had on a wide range of population groups.
