Ski amadé from A to Z

The 140 m long suspension bridge on the Stubnerkogel is accessible all year round and is located not far from the Stubnerkogelbahn mountain station in Bad Gastein. The bridge takes summit strikers 2.300 m above sea level from the terrace of the mountain restaurant to the transmitter station. It guarantees not only thrills, but also magnificent views of snow-covered mountains. The Restaurant “Zum Holzwurm” was opened in 1988 by Brunhilde and Willi Gappmaier and is a culinary fixture in the region around Flachau. In summer our cosy terrace entices guests to dine, celebrate and enjoy each other’s company. There’s a great children’s playground in front of our restaurant in Flachau. In winter skiers pop in for breakfast – as the restaurant is situated right on the slopes of the Snow Space Salzburg in Ski amadé.
