Our restaurant Tennestadl, which opened in 2016 and has 96 seats inside and 60 seats on the west-facing terrace, is located directly in the Hohenhaus Tenne, yet shielded from the hype. Alpine interiors, a balanced menu and a great wine selection await us. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests. We would also be happy to make you a special offer for your celebrations.

From the terrace, the view of the Steinerne Meer with the Hochkönig is a feast for the eyes. At only 950 m above sea level, we offer hikers and cyclists a snack, warm home cooking and home-made pastries in summer. In the winter, we offer hearty and regional mountain food for lunch and dinner. Parking available, directly at the hut.

During the day the Almbar is a popular ski chalet which is visited by skiers of the Faschinglifts. In the evening the Almbar converts into a fine restaurant with excellent food.

Every Thursday there is live music in the evening. The menu is extensive and sure to be something for every taste. On the wine list you will find the best Austrian wines.

The Fulseck, the ski mountain for the Dorfgastein - Grossarltal ski circuit, is so ideally situated that from the summit area you can see the highest mountains in the country from the Großglockner in the south-west to the Hochkönig in the north and the Hohe Dachstein in the north-east from one location. Right here, not far from the summit station of the Gipfelbahn - Fulseck cable car, we have built the ‘Dachsteinblick’ viewing platform on the foundations of the old T-bar lift. In this way, a magnificent panoramic hotspot has been realised with minimal intervention in nature. The best thing about it: the railing is made of shatterproof glass so that even the ski minis can admire the view.

A heart-warming moment is guaranteed when tobogganing on the Galsterberg. The 5 km long natural toboggan run not only offers fast-paced fun, but also a perfect stopover with a fantastic photo point that opens up a breathtaking view over the Enns Valley.

Spezialisierung: Der Berggasthof Sattelbauer, einer der schönsten Berggasthöfe im Salzburgerland auf 1300 Metern Höhe inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der herrliche Ausblick zum Griesenkar, dem mächtigen Dachstein-Massiv und der ehrfürchtigen Bischofsmütze lässt wohl jedes Wanderherz höher schlagen! Unser Lokal ist mit Holz aus einem 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ausgestattet. Unsere Stuben strahlen Gemütlichkeit, Behagen und herzliche Gastlichkeit aus. Die liebevollen Details erinnern an Tradition und Brauchtum. Unsere Küche ist herzhaft und bodenständig, die Produkte größtenteils aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Die hausgemachte Sulze, das Wiener Schnitzel aus der Pfanne, der deftige Bauernschmaus, die wunderbaren Schweinemedaillons oder Wildspezialitäten sind nur einige unserer Spezialitäten. Zum süßen Abschluss laden die warme Mohntorte, Strudeln und Eis-Desserts ein. Wir sind sowohl für große Feiern als auch für Busse gerüstet.
