Ski amadé from A to Z

Surrounded by the Dachstein massif and the Schladminger Tauern, the restaurant Die Landalm is idyllically located in the picturesque nature of the Schladming district of Untertal. The more than 300 year old farmhouse was restored with great attention to detail and today it promises enjoyment in a very special atmosphere.

The fact that special emphasis was placed on the preservation of the original construction during the restoration can be seen in the old wooden beams and the polished floorboards. It is these warm wood tones in combination with carefully selected elements that give the Landalm its unique character.

The way in which head chef Peter Graf combines the various flavors from Austria is also unique. Fresh, regional products are creatively combined with herbs from the hotel's own garden. This is how culinary delights are created again and again that are known far beyond the borders of the Schladming-Dachstein region.

The Wengeralm is located directly on the ski slopes in the Gastein Valley at 1,650 m and offers guests a spacious restaurant, a cozy bar and a sun terrace. In the summer, right in the walking area near the middle station of the summit lift Fulseck located, it is a popular destination for hikers and families. Our cozy parlor with an open fireplace and comfortable seating invites you to spend sociable evenings.

March 8, 2026: Musical entertainment with the Thierseer
Alpine sounds meet mountain hut flair🎶 The Thierseer music group live at the Wengeralm in Dorfgastein – authentic folk music, a great atmosphere, and unforgettable moments. Accompanied by culinary delicacies from the region and fine wine against a dreamlike mountain backdrop.

March 15, 2026: Musical entertainment by the Kellerratten
Alpine pasture, music, and pure atmosphere 🎉🎶 The Kellerratten live at the Wengeralm in Dorfgastein – lively music, a full hut, and delicious delicacies. Plus fine wine as part of the Ski and Wine Enjoyment Week. Sing along, celebrate, enjoy – that's what Almgaudi is all about! ❄️

With 22 different courses, 200 stations and a climbing route of 2000 metres, our adventure park is the largest climbing park in Austria! The climbing stations in the difficulty levels purple, violet, green, yellow, blue, red and black are waiting to be conquered by you. A treetop path in the form of various courses awaits you on an area of 20,000 m². From the children's course from the age of 3 to the black courses, exciting climbing experiences for everyone await you. SafetyLine - the continuous safety system - a relaxed climbing experience for parents and children.

The "Stoni´s Rauchkuchl" is right next to the mountain station of the 8-seater gondola Hauser Kaibling.

The traditional restaurant "Kreistenalm" is located at the top station of the 6-men chairlift Gernkogelbahn, on the slope to the valley. The family run alpine hut offers traditional dishes with full service.
