The Loosbühelalm is also open in winter.

Enjoy a fantastic winter scenery at 1,769 m (away from the ski slopes). You can reach the Alm with tourn skis, snowshoes, on foot or with a taxi. The cozy parlors invite you to rest, where you will be spoiled with farm products. Toboggans are available for hire on the Loosbühelalm.

After the last downhill you go to the "parasol bar" to the popular après ski. The parasol bar ensures fun, comfort and great music.
So you can relax after a day of skiing in Zauchensee!

The trained teachers will give a pleasant and successful teaching you or your child. Ski School Happy is a small family ski school, which places great emphasis on personal contact. We will try that your vacation will be an unforgettable experience.

A sleigh ride in the winter landscape of Altenmarkt-Zauchensee is a fairytale experience. Enjoy the ride in nature and feel the fresh air. Over snowy meadows and forest paths it comes with our sleigh through snowy Zauchtal.

An der taleinwärts gesehen rechten Seite liegen hier der Talwirt und das Bauernladenstüberl. Ersterer ist bekannt für seine schaurige Maskenausstellung im Keller und die Nationalparkausstellung „Bergwald“ im ersten Stock.

Arena-Alm and Arena-Bar in the World Cup Arena Zauchensee

Cosy, rustic restaurant with table service in the World Cup Arena Zauchensee. Here you are pampered with home cooking, Int. Dishes and delicious desserts!
At lunchtime, the restaurant will be expanded to include the Arena bar with large sun terrace.

The Arena is also perfect for all kinds of celebrations (Christmas, birthday parties, award ceremonies for Company ski races, etc.).

We are inviting you to enjoy our sunny terrace with musical entertainment. We offer table service throughout the cottage and love to spoil our guests with local delicacies and excellent wine.

A stop at the ski hut and "Alm wine house" Weitmoser Schlossalm is one of the special highlights in the ski area gastein. Selected music, carefully chosen wines and the excellent sorted wine cellar with more than 50 different austrian wines and culinary on very high niveau will be granted.
