Unsere Küche bietet sowohl heimische wie auch internationale Kost und Schmankerl für den kleinen und großen Hunger.

We celebrate everything. Especially nature. It is our north star. Gives the direction. It is our inspiration for things big and small. That's why all our burgers, cocktails and every minute in the Dorfdisco 2.0 contain a lot of Hochkönig, a lot of character, real enjoyment and no half measures. No Nature. No Party.

Our Burgerlab
is the place where inspiration happens between two buns. So to speak. Here we celebrate the diversity of our surroundings and all the great things between Hochkönig and Dachegghof. And that's what we bring from there onto the plates and into the hands.

Our drink creations are just as diverse and generous as our surroundings. Comfortable hut for a snack along the way or some meet and greet après-ski when you've finished your day on the slopes.

Enter DAS EDELWEISS and immediately feel the cosiness that is literally in the air. In the Alpine Lounge, the spaciousness of the luxury resort in Salzburger Land and its familiar warmth can already be sensed. The rooms and suites immediately make you feel at home – earthy colours and natural materials such as stone, glass and wood create a unique atmosphere. The highlight is the NEW south wing with spacious family suites and the NEW Family Spa.

The award-winning EDELWEISS Mountain Cuisine indulges you in various rooms and focuses on the use of local ingredients. The market square, the fine dining restaurant and the new Sirloin steak restaurant promise further culinary highlights. Wine connoisseurs get their money's worth in the Kork & Gloria wine bar. In winter, the Talstadtion gondola and the ski slope are right next door. The high-end ski depot, our own ski rental and shop round off the perfect winter holiday.
 

Programme during the Ski & Wine Enjoyment Week from 9th to 16th March, 2024

SUNDAY
(Optional) Exclusive gondola dinner in the Hochbrand cable car with aperitif reception and wine accompaniment with the exquisite Ski amadé wines (can be booked for € 125.00 per person / when booking the gondola dinner, € 25.00 per person will be deducted for the dinner not taken).
Exclusively bookable – limited number of participants. Please inform the reception desk.

WEDNESDAY
"Weinroas" with many top Austrian winegrowers in 12 hotels in the Grossarl Valley. Take the shuttle bus or walk from hotel to hotel. Collect stamps for your wine passport and win great prizes. Award ceremony at the Wine & Gourmet Gala on Friday. You will receive the "Wine Pass" on arrival. It entitles you to free entry to the Weinroas. The winegrower Gustav Krug will be represented at DAS EDELWEISS, where you will be spoilt with flying sushi and beautiful background music from the JPS Band.

The Flowtrail Hochkönig leads from the Bürglalm, below the reservoir, along a dirt road to the edge of the forest. From there starts an action-packed trail for the whole family - whether mountain biker or eBiker - the Flowtrail Hochkönig is suitable for every type of biker.
Through the idyllic landscape with a view of the Hochkönig, you feel pure adrenaline!

The Alpentaverne is located at 1320 m above sea level directly at the mountain station of the 8-seater Hochbrand cable car and has been a family business for generations. Here you can enjoy home-style cooking, quick snacks, soups and sweets such as yeast dumplings, strudel and much more.
