Sonnalm Zauchensee – Sense of home and cosiness at 1740 metre altitude int the middle of the ski area Zauchensee. Traditional cottage in old wood with great sun terrace and outlook to the mountain world directly at the slope. A comfortable rest belongs to skiing, ideal at the Kröllalm. Whether in the office at the tiled stove or on the beautiful sun terrace with stunning views over the Saalfelden basin, you will feel at home. We serve specialties from our own farm, as well as mushrooms from the local forests. Also apple and cheese strudel are homemade.

‘I have tasted all the wines and know almost every face of the winemaker,’ says Sieglinde. She hikes to the surrounding mountain pastures and visits her favourite places on the Hochkönig, tastes wines on the mountain, picks and gets to know herbs. If there is time, there is of course also a ski day with the guests in between, including a stop for refreshments! ‘Social meals’ and themed evenings await special gourmets and you certainly won't go home without chatting with Sieglinde or Nathalie.

In a few minutes only, the Hauser Kaibling ski lifts take you to the highest point of Schladming's four interlinked mountains at 2,015 metres. Once at the top, you can enjoy gorgeous panoramic views across the Ennstal valley and the Dachstein mountains. Take some fun pictures with the pink sheep that awaits you on top!

Toque-awarded chef Andreas Döllerer has been working on his creative and regional cuisine alpine, which he has presented to sophisticated gourmets from near and far in his both menus and à la carte, since 2004. Inside the Genießerrestaurant, where alpine charm goes along neatly with mondial esprit. And on the green terrace with a view of the wine garden.

A world of alpine indulgence right outside opens up for up to 80 guests at Döllerer’s Genießerrestaurant. Every Tuesday to Friday from 7 to 9.30 pm and every Saturday from 12 am to 9.30 pm. The kitchen artists recharge their batteries on Sundays and Mondays. Döllerer’s gourmet cuisine is extended during the Salzburg Festival with cooking action from 12.30 pm until after the last Festival performance.
 
Two indulgence hikes await you in an upscale ambiance: Döllerer’s Gollüberquerung menu with nine courses and the Oberjoch menu with six courses. Choose from exquisite accompanying wines and non-alcoholic drinks after your fancy.
