The Hochbrandhütte is located direclty on the family slope 3a below the timing track. Perfect for a last stop before heading towards the valley. Here you can end the day of skiing with a cozy meal.
In 3-D archery course you strengthen your stamina, muscle and concentration and test your skill with a bow and arrow. Participation in a course is recommend (by appointment only).
Panorama snowshoe hike between Grossarl and Dorfgastein
Ascent with the new Kieserlbahn to the mountain station at 1,954 metres. Once at the top, the first refreshment stop is the new WOLKE 7 summit restaurant with 360° panoramic terrace. The panoramic snowshoe trail leads to the Arltörl 1,797 m and on via the Heumoosalm (not serviced) to the middle station of the Fulseck summit lift. Take the cable car back up to the mountain station. Once at the top, the Hauserbauer Gipfelstadl invites you to take a cosy break. Take the winter hiking trail back to the Kieserlbahn mountain station.
The ownes of the Wastlalm are always endeavour to serve their guests seasonal freshly cooked dishes.
They are popular for their various and broad selection of dumplings, "Bauernkrapfen" and the well-known Kaiserschmarrn.
The Ski-safari is offered by the local ski school Schischule Resch in Forstau. On the ski-safari you will be shown the most beautiful pistes in the region by a ski instructor.
