Toque-awarded chef Andreas Döllerer has been working on his creative and regional cuisine alpine, which he has presented to sophisticated gourmets from near and far in his both menus and à la carte, since 2004. Inside the Genießerrestaurant, where alpine charm goes along neatly with mondial esprit. And on the green terrace with a view of the wine garden.

A world of alpine indulgence right outside opens up for up to 80 guests at Döllerer’s Genießerrestaurant. Every Tuesday to Friday from 7 to 9.30 pm and every Saturday from 12 am to 9.30 pm. The kitchen artists recharge their batteries on Sundays and Mondays. Döllerer’s gourmet cuisine is extended during the Salzburg Festival with cooking action from 12.30 pm until after the last Festival performance.
 
Two indulgence hikes await you in an upscale ambiance: Döllerer’s Gollüberquerung menu with nine courses and the Oberjoch menu with six courses. Choose from exquisite accompanying wines and non-alcoholic drinks after your fancy.
 

Enjoy the unique alpine world and glide through the picturesque countryside, in a horse-drawn sleigh through the Grossarltal.

Spezialisierung: Der Berggasthof Sattelbauer, einer der schönsten Berggasthöfe im Salzburgerland auf 1300 Metern Höhe inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der herrliche Ausblick zum Griesenkar, dem mächtigen Dachstein-Massiv und der ehrfürchtigen Bischofsmütze lässt wohl jedes Wanderherz höher schlagen! Unser Lokal ist mit Holz aus einem 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ausgestattet. Unsere Stuben strahlen Gemütlichkeit, Behagen und herzliche Gastlichkeit aus. Die liebevollen Details erinnern an Tradition und Brauchtum. Unsere Küche ist herzhaft und bodenständig, die Produkte größtenteils aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Flying in the beautiful Grossarl Valley

Paragliding is by no means limited to the warm seasons. Especially in winter there are flights in the Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area where you can glide down the valley with us on snow-covered ski slopes. The cable car takes us directly to the starting point.

On three downhills in the skiarea Zauchensee-Flachauwinkl you can become a ski-superstar: Full speed ahed on the skimovie parallel-slalom and on the skimovie funslope mixed race on Gamskogel and shred down the slope at skimobie giant slalom at Kogelalm!
