Built in 2010 according to plans by Kuehn Malvezzi, it is located right next to the meadows where the horses of the Wetzlgut graze in summer, hence the name »Rossalm«. We fulfill our wish to cook “everyone’s favorite dish” with a fine selection of seasonal delicacies with regionally sustainably produced basic products.

In winter we serve Austrian delicacies for lunch. In the evening we will be happy to spoil you with a candle light dinner! The Rossalm is excellent with a fork in the Falstaff! And thanks to our guests, we have received the "Certificate of Excellence 2016" from TripAdvisor through numerous positive reviews. We would like to thank all guests who have made us this success!

On three downhills in the skiarea Zauchensee-Flachauwinkl you can become a ski-superstar: Full speed ahed on the skimovie parallel-slalom and on the skimovie funslope mixed race on Gamskogel and shred down the slope at skimobie giant slalom at Kogelalm! The ice stock sports facility of the Altenmarkt ice rifle club is open daily from 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Please reserve in advance by phone or email. Further information can be found on the homepage. The minimum number of participants is ten.

Every Wednesday between 6.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. the ice rifle club organizes a free guest shooting. Please register with Rupert Nocker by Tuesday 5.00 p.m.

Lively, fast and winding - this is how the 5 km long natural toboggan run on the Galsterberg presents itself. Winter magic on two runners invites you to go tobogganing both during the day and in the evening.

During the day, there are special family discounts for single rides on the gondola and for fun laps, clubs or an evening company outing, there is the all-inclusive tobogganing package which is only valid in the evening.
