Cross-country skiing

According to snow and weather conditions, you can choose from a great offer of cross-country trails. Along the river Enns or the "Dörferlanglaufloipe" Haus-Aich-Pruggern, the " Kufsteinloipe" in Weißenbach, or the "Sonnenloipe" in Birnberg, both classic and skating runners will enjoy it to the full.

A heart-warming moment is guaranteed when tobogganing on the Galsterberg. The 5 km long natural toboggan run not only offers fast-paced fun, but also a perfect stopover with a fantastic photo point that opens up a breathtaking view over the Enns Valley.

Enjoy the sun on a deck chair between descents and still have a direct view of the popular east slope descent from the summit? Sounds great, doesn't it? It is our opinion too!

The sunny Bergschlössl right at the exit point of the Höfi Express II invites you to enjoy, linger and have fun.

Ski & Wine Enjoyment Week from 14th to 21st March, 2026

During the skiing and wine tasting week from March 14 to 21, 2026, we offer our guests at the Sternalm some special highlights. 

In the Bergheimat at 1,200 metres above sea level, you can experience the feeling of freedom, unique views, surrounded by nature and palpable tranquillity. Regional products from the Austrian gourmet regions and the surrounding area are valued and cooked here.
