The à la carte restaurant in Maria Alm at the foot of the Hochkönig is the ideal place for a cozy dinner for two, with the whole family or for very special occasions. Winter pleasure with lots of fun on the floodlit Aeroplan natural toboggan run: ascent with the Schlossalm lift, Toboggan-hire at Finish Oberhaitzing, 3.3 km long, altitude difference approx. 450m, time required approx. 30 mins., Skiing area Schlossalm – Aeroplanstadl – Weinetsberg

From the terrace, the view of the Steinerne Meer with the Hochkönig is a feast for the eyes. At only 950 m above sea level, we offer hikers and cyclists a snack, warm home cooking and home-made pastries in summer. In the winter, we offer hearty and regional mountain food for lunch and dinner. Parking available, directly at the hut.

Curling is more than a tradition in the Alpine region, it's almost a custom.

Target shooting with the ice stocks is a fun diversion in winter, especially for groups. The Dorfgastein ice shooting club offers guests the opportunity to gain an insight into this winter sport.

Asphalt curling is also possible in summer.
