Once you reach the mountain station at an altitude of 1,600 metres, you are treated to a magnificent view of the majestic Bischofsmütze, a true landmark of the region. Invigorated by the power emanating from the queen of the Salzburg summit game, you can now enjoy the perfectly groomed slopes of filzmoos.ski to the full. Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, the pistes not only offer sporting pleasure, but also unique relaxation for body and soul and culinary delights in the cosy ski huts. Filzmoos combines skiing fun with unforgettable panoramic experiences - a place where you can feel the power of the mountains and experience alpine adventure in its most beautiful form.

From the terrace, the view of the Steinerne Meer with the Hochkönig is a feast for the eyes. At only 950 m above sea level, we offer hikers and cyclists a snack, warm home cooking and home-made pastries in summer. In the winter, we offer hearty and regional mountain food for lunch and dinner. Parking available, directly at the hut.

During the skiing and wine tasting week from March 14 to 21, 2026, we offer our guests at the Wiesenstadl some special highlights. 

March 8, 2026: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Wine tasting at the Dachsl Winery

March 13, 2026: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Wine tasting at the Joe Beyer Winery

Snowshoe hike to the Karseggalm in Grossarl.

From the Breitenebenalm car park, snowshoe uphill along the goods road or along the shortcuts through the forest to the Breitenebenalm (not open in winter). Shortly before the Breitenebenalm, you pass a game reserve. The trail continues partly through the forest and partly over snow fields to the Karseggalm (not open in winter). At the Karseggalm you can enjoy the marvellous winter landscape. Return along the same route.

Directly at the valley slope or a few minutes walk for pedestrians from the lift parking lot, the Hoamroas Stub'n invites you to enjoy good food and drink and to linger comfortably.

The Talwirt is located at the end of the Hüttschlag valley and is known for its regional specialties and homemade National Park ice cream. The Talwirt features a spooky Krampus mask exhibition and the "Mountain Forest" National Park exhibition on the first floor.

Our shop Snoworld KG is located in the gondola station on the ground floor - next to the information.
