We don't have to hide when it comes to culinary delights either. Chef Andreas Gratz cooks the way we are: Original & good. The secret ingredients of our cuisine, which has meanwhile been awarded 2 Falstaff Gabels, are actually not so secret at all: passion, love for the original product and a good pinch of creativity. Variety plays a very important role in our cuisine and we also like to take a look beyond the region's culinary horizons - but always with the awareness that sustainability is part of it.

The hut is located directly at the middle station. Good food and drink, home cooking, rustic interior panorama and beautiful terrace.

The Grossarler Panoramastube is located at 1.800 m above sea level in the middle of the Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area, right at the mountain station of the 6-seater Harbach chairlift. In addition to the 39 comfortable rooms, the Panoramastube also has a lot to offer in terms of culinary delights. From the rich breakfast buffet to great dishes made primarily from local products. 

The "Stoni´s Rauchkuchl" is right next to the mountain station of the 8-seater gondola Hauser Kaibling.

Relaxation for the parents, fun and action for the kids – an unforgettable wellness experience for everyone! The diverse bathing and sauna landscape in the Erlebnis-Therme Amadé is a real pleasure: whether bathing in the sole relaxation pool or swimming in the sports pool with a water climbing wall and jumping facility – everyone gets that well-deserved extra portion of relaxation, fun and adventure.

The adventure pool for the whole family attracts with exciting slides, the single looping unique in Austria, the largest funnel slide in western Austria and the wave pool. Enjoy the infusions in our sauna paradise and relax on the scented trips in the spacious themed saunas.

...but none is as special as the Tom alpine cabin. This may be due to the fact that in the whole of Maria Alm, no, in the whole of Salzburger Land, there is no other alpine hut with a pug (Choupette is her precious name) as a mascot. But probably also because of how we run our hut. 

In addition to a spectacular mountain panorama, we offer a good dose of taste: modern architecture is combined with rustic hut charm, the bubbly for the sundowner is specially created and the menu delivers what an alpine hut promises. Anyone expecting a classic ski lodge on the mountain will be surprised here - but that's exactly how we like it.

During the skiing and wine tasting week from March 6 to 13, 2027, we offer our guests at the Gastein Alm some special highlights. 

Ski Willy is known for its enormous product range, high-quality advice and service.

The Alpentaverne is located at 1320 m above sea level directly at the mountain station of the 8-seater Hochbrand cable car and has been a family business for generations. Here you can enjoy home-style cooking, quick snacks, soups and sweets such as yeast dumplings, strudel and much more.
