Spezialisierung: Der Berggasthof Sattelbauer, einer der schönsten Berggasthöfe im Salzburgerland auf 1300 Metern Höhe inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der herrliche Ausblick zum Griesenkar, dem mächtigen Dachstein-Massiv und der ehrfürchtigen Bischofsmütze lässt wohl jedes Wanderherz höher schlagen! Unser Lokal ist mit Holz aus einem 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ausgestattet. Unsere Stuben strahlen Gemütlichkeit, Behagen und herzliche Gastlichkeit aus. Die liebevollen Details erinnern an Tradition und Brauchtum. Unsere Küche ist herzhaft und bodenständig, die Produkte größtenteils aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Die hausgemachte Sulze, das Wiener Schnitzel aus der Pfanne, der deftige Bauernschmaus, die wunderbaren Schweinemedaillons oder Wildspezialitäten sind nur einige unserer Spezialitäten. Zum süßen Abschluss laden die warme Mohntorte, Strudeln und Eis-Desserts ein. Wir sind sowohl für große Feiern als auch für Busse gerüstet. Über die neu errichtete Straße von Flachau aus sind wir problemlos und einfach zu erreichen. Wir bitten um Vorreservierung! For skiers and snowboarders, the ski bus to and from the ski stations for winter sports is free of charge. Groups can only be transported by pre-booking (book by 5.00 pm the day before on +43-6542-4000).

We offer vehicles for 8 passengers (VW bus, 4WD) and a saloon (MB) for 4 passengers.

• You can ski every season using the latest, top quality equipment and exchange your ski model or ski length at any time at no extra cost.
• Individual advice, specially suited to your skiing expertise and the respective snow conditions. You save on servicing costs: with us, the equipment is optimally prepared every time it is hired out to a customer (Wintersteiger service partner) and the binding is individually altered, set and, of course, tested using a machine.
• Service bonus: ski for 7 days and pay for just 6.

Einen kostenlosen Service für einen entspannten Skiurlaub in Snow Space Salzburg, Ski amadé, bietet der gratis Skibus. St. Johann in Salzburg verfügt über ein dichtes Skibusnetz, dass allen Wintersportlern zur Verfügung steht. Durch das top Angebot an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, kann bei der Anreise auf den Privat-PKW verzichtet werden. Skifahrer und Snowboarder fahren in ganz Ski amadé kostenlos mit den jeweiligen Skibussen zwischen den Skigebieten und der jeweiligen Region.

Winter pleasure with lots of fun on the floodlit Aeroplan natural toboggan run: ascent with the Schlossalm lift, Toboggan-hire at Finish Oberhaitzing, 3.3 km long, altitude difference approx. 450m, time required approx. 30 mins., Skiing area Schlossalm – Aeroplanstadl – Weinetsberg

In winter, when the cold mountain air of the Schladminger Tauern whips across your face outside, the smell of homemade Kaiserschmarren wafting over from the Schafalm lures you inside the cozy hut. The friendly staff there do their part to guarantee a perfect break before your next run down the Planai. In the winter months, the Schafalm is also home to a number of woolly four-legged creatures, "Valais blacknose sheep" who spend the winter in the adjacent barn (which you are also invited to peek inside), before returning to the lush green alpine meadows of the Planai in summer. An absolute highlight at the Schafalm, especially for younger guests.

The Dachstein sky ladder offers pure thrills: twelve steps lead up to a glass platform from which you have a breathtaking view of the Dachstein. This experience is the perfect photo opportunity for lasting memories.
