A comfortable rest belongs to skiing, ideal at the Kröllalm. Whether in the office at the tiled stove or on the beautiful sun terrace with stunning views over the Saalfelden basin, you will feel at home. We serve specialties from our own farm, as well as mushrooms from the local forests. Also apple and cheese strudel are homemade.

Spezialisierung: Der Berggasthof Sattelbauer, einer der schönsten Berggasthöfe im Salzburgerland auf 1300 Metern Höhe inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der herrliche Ausblick zum Griesenkar, dem mächtigen Dachstein-Massiv und der ehrfürchtigen Bischofsmütze lässt wohl jedes Wanderherz höher schlagen! Unser Lokal ist mit Holz aus einem 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ausgestattet. Unsere Stuben strahlen Gemütlichkeit, Behagen und herzliche Gastlichkeit aus. Die liebevollen Details erinnern an Tradition und Brauchtum. Unsere Küche ist herzhaft und bodenständig, die Produkte größtenteils aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Die hausgemachte Sulze, das Wiener Schnitzel aus der Pfanne, der deftige Bauernschmaus, die wunderbaren Schweinemedaillons oder Wildspezialitäten sind nur einige unserer Spezialitäten. Zum süßen Abschluss laden die warme Mohntorte, Strudeln und Eis-Desserts ein. Wir sind sowohl für große Feiern als auch für Busse gerüstet. Über die neu errichtete Straße von Flachau aus sind wir problemlos und einfach zu erreichen. Wir bitten um Vorreservierung! Modern, cozy self-service restaurant with a large sun terrace

The Dachstein seems close enough to touch! The Kessleralm is the only hut right in the heart of the Planai (valley station Lärchkogel middle station cable car), all large slopes lead to the hut, it is therefore ideal as a meeting point. We pamper you with a comprehensive, home-style cuisine as well as homemade pastries every day. Relax, soak up the sun or flirt with après-ski at the beautiful umbrella bar: the central point of contact on the Planai! Accessible at any time by car or taxi.

Toque-awarded chef Andreas Döllerer has been working on his creative and regional cuisine alpine, which he has presented to sophisticated gourmets from near and far in his both menus and à la carte, since 2004. Inside the Genießerrestaurant, where alpine charm goes along neatly with mondial esprit. And on the green terrace with a view of the wine garden.

A world of alpine indulgence right outside opens up for up to 80 guests at Döllerer’s Genießerrestaurant. Every Tuesday to Friday from 7 to 9.30 pm and every Saturday from 12 am to 9.30 pm. The kitchen artists recharge their batteries on Sundays and Mondays. Döllerer’s gourmet cuisine is extended during the Salzburg Festival with cooking action from 12.30 pm until after the last Festival performance.
 
Two indulgence hikes await you in an upscale ambiance: Döllerer’s Gollüberquerung menu with nine courses and the Oberjoch menu with six courses. Choose from exquisite accompanying wines and non-alcoholic drinks after your fancy.
