In winter, when the cold mountain air of the Schladminger Tauern whips across your face outside, the smell of homemade Kaiserschmarren wafting over from the Schafalm lures you inside the cozy hut. The friendly staff there do their part to guarantee a perfect break before your next run down the Planai. In the winter months, the Schafalm is also home to a number of woolly four-legged creatures, "Valais blacknose sheep" who spend the winter in the adjacent barn (which you are also invited to peek inside), before returning to the lush green alpine meadows of the Planai in summer. An absolute highlight at the Schafalm, especially for younger guests.
s'Lärchenpavillon is located directly on the ‘Die Schönste’ piste - one of the most beautiful runs on the Hauser Kaibling. Regular guests like to call it the ‘pizza paradise’. s'Lärchenpavillon is one of the AlmSkihütten and is one of a total of 16 ski huts on the Hauser Kaibling.
Nowadays, the most beautiful pistes are no longer enough to turn a day's skiing into an adventure. That's exactly why the AlmSkihütten spoil Hauser Kaibling guests with the best cuisine and friendly service. s'Lärchenpavillon impresses with homemade pizzas and in fine weather the aroma of freshly grilled delicacies draws you directly to the sun terrace. The icing on the cake: the view of the Dachstein massif ;-)
Daily, reservation and/or bookings for groups of from 5 persons at the club house
Toque-awarded chef Andreas Döllerer has been working on his creative and regional cuisine alpine, which he has presented to sophisticated gourmets from near and far in his both menus and à la carte, since 2004. Inside the Genießerrestaurant, where alpine charm goes along neatly with mondial esprit. And on the green terrace with a view of the wine garden.
A world of alpine indulgence right outside opens up for up to 80 guests at Döllerer’s Genießerrestaurant. Every Tuesday to Friday from 7 to 9.30 pm and every Saturday from 12 am to 9.30 pm. At 1,980 m above sea level, at the foot of the Grießenkareck, is the highest vantage point of Snow Space Salzburg. The view of the Hohe and Niedere Tauern mountains that opens up here is particularly impressive. Make the most of this moment before you happily continue down the slopes.
