The Strassalm is located in between of the valley stations of 3 chairlifts: Sonntagskogel, Strassalm and Hirschkogel.

The owners place great value on the quality of the meals they are serving, cooking whenever possible with products from the house-own farm!

On brilliantly beautiful winter days, the small hut out on the terrace is also open.
You can then enjoy your break out there on the sundeck!

Naturrodelbahn mit einer Länge von 3 km mit Ende direkt in Flachau!

Spezialisierung: Der Berggasthof Sattelbauer, einer der schönsten Berggasthöfe im Salzburgerland auf 1300 Metern Höhe inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der herrliche Ausblick zum Griesenkar, dem mächtigen Dachstein-Massiv und der ehrfürchtigen Bischofsmütze lässt wohl jedes Wanderherz höher schlagen! Unser Lokal ist mit Holz aus einem 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ausgestattet. Unsere Stuben strahlen Gemütlichkeit, Behagen und herzliche Gastlichkeit aus. Die liebevollen Details erinnern an Tradition und Brauchtum. Unsere Küche ist herzhaft und bodenständig, die Produkte größtenteils aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Die hausgemachte Sulze, das Wiener Schnitzel aus der Pfanne, der deftige Bauernschmaus, die wunderbaren Schweinemedaillons oder Wildspezialitäten sind nur einige unserer Spezialitäten. Zum süßen Abschluss laden die warme Mohntorte, Strudeln und Eis-Desserts ein. Wir sind sowohl für große Feiern als auch für Busse gerüstet. Über die neu errichtete Straße von Flachau aus sind wir problemlos und einfach zu erreichen. Wir bitten um Vorreservierung! Winter Recreation in Filzmoos

Filzmoos is a winter paradise for the entire family. Perfectly groomed slopes of all difficulty levels will delight skilled carvers and riders. The wide slope and open terrain are perfect for children, rookies and returners. Those wanting to demonstrate their skills can do so on the Michaela-Kirchgasser-FIS-run. Cross country skiers will not miss out in Filzmoos either. The high altitude cross country track with 16 km on the Rossbrand mountain is easily accessible with the Papageno cablecar. Skigebiete-test.de has awared Filzmoos "TOP skia area" in the category "skiareas with up to 20 kilometers".

Hauser Kaibling

The perfect start into pure skiing pleasure: with its parking guarantee, the Hauser Kaibling is the ideal access point to the Schladming interlinked 4 mountains with 123 slope kilometers.

For the second time already, the modern ski resort has received the award “Best European Ski Area 2013”, scoring with snow reliability, perfectly groomed ski runs, and 15 rustic ski huts  with friendly service. From the highest point of the interlinked 4 mountains, at an altitude of 2015 metres, you enjoy breathtaking panoramic views! The “Genussinsel – Pleasure Island” with free of charge W-LAN invites you to relax before, in-between, and after the most beautiful ski runs.

The Bikecenter Reiteralm offers a wide range of bikes, helmets and protectors and other bike accessories are offered.

The Zapfenhütte is located at 1320 m above sea level directly at the mountain station of the 8-seater Hochbrand cable car. The cozy parlor with an open fireplace and the sun terrace invite you to take a break.
