At the Stubnerkogel in Bad Gastein there is the viewing platform "Talblick" with a magnificent view northwards over Bad Hofgastein. This further point of attraction and place to stay for our guests is located below the transmitter and is also a popular highlight in winter. Whether pedestrian or skier, the Talblick is worth a visit in any case. 

You can already enjoy an impressive view of the striking Bischofsmütze and the imposing Dachstein massif on the journey on the Papagenobahn. Once you reach the mountain station at an altitude of 1,600 metres, you are treated to a magnificent view of the majestic Bischofsmütze, a true landmark of the region. Invigorated by the power emanating from the queen of the Salzburg summit game, you can now enjoy the perfectly groomed slopes of filzmoos.ski to the full. Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, the pistes not only offer sporting pleasure, but also unique relaxation for body and soul and culinary delights in the cosy ski huts. Is one peak not high enough for you? Do you want to go even higher? Then come to the "Geisterturm", the viewing platform on the "Geisterberg". At a height of 14 metres, you have a fantastic 360° panoramic view of the ski slopes, including the Devil's Route, and the surrounding mountainous landscape. How does it make you feel looking down from such a height?

Tip: In the immediate vicinity of the viewing platform you will find another photo point where you can pose for a souvenir photo with Gspensti and Spuki, the friendly ghosts of Ghost Mountain.

On a hilltop at Langeck in Maria Alm, a panoramic viewing platform with a striking wooden throne awaits you – complete with a summit cross. Perfect for unforgettable photos with breathtaking views.

The highlight at the end of a ski tour on the Hochwurzen. At the small Hochwurzen summit, you can enjoy your summit victory in peace, including the view of the Dachstein, the Enns Valley and the Schladminger Tauern. The perfect photo spot for all summit strikers. For refreshments afterwards, the small Hochwurzen hut is also close by.

The mountain station of the 8-seater Rosskopfbahn cable car at 1,930 metres is a popular meeting point in the ski area and an ideal vantage point with great photo opportunities. Our mascot ‘Zauchi’ is looking forward to a photo with you. You can immortalise yourselves with a ‘love lock’ at the ‘love heart’. The Rosskopf is one of the three Zauchensee peaks of the challenging ‘12 Peaks Trophy’.
