The Flying Coaster provides a breathtaking rollercoaster feeling and a high fun factor. From the bottom station of the zipline, a thin tube leads down into the forest at a height of between 3 and 12 metres and is built in the design of a roller coaster with up and down elements. Guests whizz past the ground and trees at speeds of up to 40 km/h down into the valley. The track is around 800 metres long and covers a height difference of over 100 metres. A ride on the Flying Coaster in Gröbming guarantees a pure adrenaline rush.

‘Griaß Di’ ... is the motto for young and old in our Gastein Alm in Bad Hofgastein, the meeting place for locals and guests. A casual restaurant with the motto ‘modern, fresh, inviting, cosy, informal,...’. Fresh products from the region, simply well prepared - from crispy fried chicken, great pan-fried dishes, freshly caught trout, crunchy salads to the much-loved pizzas. With the unique flair of the Gastein Alm, in the Rauchkuchl for smokers and in the new Herzerlstube for smaller groups, life is simply good. A cosy atmosphere for a good meal, a nice evening or simply a drink at the bar.

‘Natural, fresh and high-quality’ ... these keywords describe the philosophy of our cuisine. Gastein specialities, Austrian classics but also modern, light dishes are freshly prepared for you using high-quality ingredients. The Gastein Alm is open daily from 11.30 am to 10.30 pm. During the skiing and wine tasting week from March 14 to 21, 2026, we offer our guests at the Gastein Alm some special highlights. 

Anyone who strives for higher goals and has the necessary commitment will find all the opportunities for challenges on the mountain at the Klaus Ski School, especially since the Hochkönig region and our experienced ski instructors open all doors for this. Adrenaline-filled variant trips with steep slopes, deep snow or bumps are still the ultimate for freeriders and individualists.

Delicious culinary delights with a magnificent view on the Kaiblingalm ski trail

d'Genussalm is located directly on the ‘Kaiblingalm-Skiweg 6A’ piste - the connecting piste to the most wonderful runs on Hauser Kaibling. d'Genussalm is one of the AlmSkihütten and is one of a total of 16 huts on Hauser Kaibling.

In a comfortably modern hut ambience incl. sun terrace with a fantastic view of the Dachstein massif, connoisseurs get their money's worth with Kaiserschmarren and hot chocolate. You don't want to leave there? Then on top of that you can secure one of the new apartments, in rustic cozy style and equipped with all amenities.

You can already enjoy an impressive view of the striking Bischofsmütze and the imposing Dachstein massif on the journey on the Papagenobahn. Once you reach the mountain station at an altitude of 1,600 metres, you are treated to a magnificent view of the majestic Bischofsmütze, a true landmark of the region. Invigorated by the power emanating from the queen of the Salzburg summit game, you can now enjoy the perfectly groomed slopes of filzmoos.ski to the full. Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, the pistes not only offer sporting pleasure, but also unique relaxation for body and soul and culinary delights in the cosy ski huts. Filzmoos combines skiing fun with unforgettable panoramic experiences - a place where you can feel the power of the mountains and experience alpine adventure in its most beautiful form.

When locking, for strengthening or "only" for sunbathing on the large terrace - Skihaserl, tourers or Carver Kings and families make their stop-off here!

At the PirklAlm on Galsterberg, you can expect honest, homemade cuisine – fresh, regional, and cooked with love. Julia and Andreas, known from the Neureit-Alm and founders of Kitchen Invaders, are at the stove themselves and bring new energy to the mountain. Look forward to warming soups, the popular dumpling trio, burritos with an alpine twist, and the original Neureit Bosna – all homemade, regional, and served with love. Whether Austrian classics or creative specialties: here you can taste genuine craftsmanship and a passion for good food. Enjoy the cozy hut atmosphere with genuine hospitality – perfect for skiers, winter vacationers, and connoisseurs.
