During the day the Almbar is a popular ski chalet which is visited by skiers of the Faschinglifts. In the evening the Almbar converts into a fine restaurant with excellent food.

Every Thursday there is live music in the evening. The menu is extensive and sure to be something for every taste. On the wine list you will find the best Austrian wines.

The Zapfenhütte is located at 1320 m above sea level directly at the mountain station of the 8-seater Hochbrand cable car. The cozy parlor with an open fireplace and the sun terrace invite you to take a break.

Thinking outside the box and reinterpreting is our passion, and this is also evident in our cuisine.

It goes without saying that nothing stays the same at the ARX Hotel & Restaurant in Schladming-Rohrmoos. Our guests can look forward to being surprised time and again by innovative interpretations from our head chef Markus Kapeller.

Markus Kapeller enjoys working with seasonal and regional products. The ARX offers its guests a daily changing 3-course menu or ‘classics’ that are always on the menu.
