The Schoarlhütte is located in the middle of the "World Cup Downhill". It offers a wonderful view of the Dachstein massif and is one of the alpine ski huts on the Hauser Kaibling.

At the Schoarlhütte, a good mood and a great atmosphere are very important – the landlords take care of that personally. Whether on the sheltered sun terrace, on the nail stick or in the rustic hut, everyone will find their place here.

The Strassalm is located in between of the valley stations of 3 chairlifts: Sonntagskogel, Strassalm and Hirschkogel.

On brilliantly beautiful winter days, the small hut out on the terrace is also open.

At the Rauchkopfhütte our guests can enjoy a range of traditional Austrian and international home-made dishes served in a cosy alpine environment, boasting with character. The atmosphere is enhanced by wonderful views of the mountains from all corners, rustic interiors, occasional live music and winter sports on television. We take pride in our food and service, and do our best to ensure that our guests have a nice and comfortable stay.

Rauchkopfhütte offers inside tables, a bar, a wintergarden and three other outdoor terraces where our guests can eat, drink, relax, socialise and enjoy the sun shine with magnificent views. Our indoor restaurant and wintergarden have captured the traditional Austrian alpine atmosphere. They have tables which are protected from the wind and the cold, whereas the wintergarden has a hydraulic glass roof which opens up to convert it into an additional outside space, ideal when it is sunny but maybe a bit windy. The outdoor terraces have tables, comfortable sun beds and beach chairs which can be used for drinking and relaxing in the sun.

Our wintergarden is dedicated to non-smokers, but smoking is allowed at the bar. Rauchkopfhütte is also ideal for non-skiers who want to enjoy the food, panorama and sun shine, within easy reach from the ski-lift.

“A restaurant for every occasion” – the restaurant Aberg Stub’n could hardly be described more appropriately. The à la carte restaurant in Maria Alm at the foot of the Hochkönig is the ideal place for a cozy dinner for two, with the whole family or for very special occasions. The Aberg Stub’n is only open during the winter season and makes gourmets' hearts beat faster. The people of Salzburg as well as those of holiday guests from all over the world.

At the latest when you look at the menu – filled with delicacies from all over the world – it is clear: an evening in Maria Alm could hardly end better.

The zipline on the Stoderzinken is the largest of its kind in Europe. The new zipline flies from 1,600 metres above sea level to the Gröbming Adventure Park at 900 metres. The principle of a ZipLine is simple: you and your friends glide down from the mountain into the valley on 4 parallel wire ropes without any intermediate supports. On the Stoderzinken, you can reach speeds of up to 115 km/h while flying over the treetops. This is a real test of courage, especially for adults.
