Ab der Bergstation der Dachstein-Gletscherbahnen gibt es ein Angebot von Ski-Übergängen und Steilabfahrten das weltweit seinesgleichen sucht. Zahlreiche Talorte rund um den Dachstein können von hier per Ski erreicht werden.Tourenabfahrten führen nach Hallstatt, Obertraun, Ramsau, Gosau, Gröbming oder Filzmoos. Die Höhenunterschiede betragen bis zu 2000 m, die Streckenlängen bis zu 30 Kilometern! Gemeinsam mit den teils extremen Steilabfahrten gibt es 16 Tourenabfahrten die an der Bergstation der Dachstein-Gletscherbahnen ihren Ausgangspunkt haben.

Somit erreichen Sie nicht nur ganz einfach die Skigebiete Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel, Graukogel und Dorfgastein-Großarl, sondern auch das abwechslungsreiche Freeride-Gebiet Sportgastein, sodass Sie schnellstmöglich mit den Liften und Bergbahnen zum Gipfel gelangen und die abwechslungsreichen Ski-Abfahrten genießen können. The Tischlerhütte ski hut is located on the Aberg directly on the piste in the middle of the Hochkönig region of the Schönangerbahn, with a fantastic view of the Steinernes Meer - simply a place to feel good! The favourable piste location guarantees skiing fun for beginners and advanced skiers. If you just want to leave your skis in the valley, it's a 10-minute walk across the slopes to the terrace, where you can enjoy the food and the sun! Hot and cold dishes in our rustic and stylish hut will warm your heart.

Fatbikes sind besondere Mountainbikes, gebaut speziell für den Einsatz auf Schnee. Die extrem breiten Ballonreifen ermöglichen leichten Lauf und einfaches Handling bei allen Schneebedingungen. Durch ihre sicheren Fahreigenschaften sind Fatbikes auch für Kinder (ab 12 Jahren) geeignet.
Ramsau am Dachstein bietet mit seinen vielen ständig präparierten Winterwanderrouten, Schlittenwegen und geräumten Forststraßen ideale Voraussetzungen auch im Winter mal aufs Fahrrad zu steigen. 

The Naturfreunde-Schutzhaus Kaiblingalm lies at 1778 metres above sea level, in the midst of a nature jewel. The stone pine trees, the mountain pines, the small, hidden away lakes, and the bowls give our "Alm" its unique character. Here, in the Kaiblingalm area, you can simply sit back and unwind.

In winter, we try to pass on to our guests some of this piece and quiet by not turning on loud music in our dining rooms and on the terrace. Naturally we would like our visitors to enjoy good food and drink, that we prepare for you with care. Traditional, hearty local dishes will be a pleasurable culinary experience. To prepare the dishes, we use mainly local produce which we get directly at the producers. As to coffee and tea, we purchase the free-trade alternative.

Overnight stay at the Kaiblingalm

Do you remember how dark a night can be, how a sky full of stars looks like? Far away from disturbing advertising lights, you can experience this particular view from here. Away form the busy world, there is not much noise in our valley basin.
