During the day the Almbar is a popular ski chalet which is visited by skiers of the Faschinglifts. In the evening the Almbar converts into a fine restaurant with excellent food.

Every Thursday there is live music in the evening. The menu is extensive and sure to be something for every taste. On the wine list you will find the best Austrian wines.

Our highly qualified and well trained staff are there for you in our shop. However, we go one step further and offer you the opportunity to try before you buy – at no extra charge. The funslope in Radstadt is in contrast to the known fun parks, a combination of natural landforms and built out of snow "FUN-elements". The skiing in the funslope is known from earlier times "Waldwegerl-driving" very close. The only difference is that the various routes are designed so that they can be machine-treated for the most part. The funslope in Radstadt has a combination of alpine, ski cross and fun elements.

Snowshoe hike in the direction of Hirschgrubenalm in Hüttschlag.

From the Oberneureit farm in Hüttschlag, snowshoe uphill along the goods road or along a forest path towards the Hirschgrubenalm (not open in winter). The tour ends shortly before the Hirschgrubenalm due to a game reserve. The Hirschgrubenalm is located in a wide basin in a marvellous mountain landscape - back along the same route.

After the tour you can fortify yourself in the Aschaustüberl.

You will find an unrivalled panoramic view at the Grießenkar photo point. Coming from Wagrain via the Flying Mozart and from Flachau via Starjet 3, you are on the one hand, at a pivotal point in the ski area, and on the other hand in a very significant place: A monument in the form of a summit cross is located in the immediate vicinity.

The Zapfenhütte is located at 1320 m above sea level directly at the mountain station of the 8-seater Hochbrand cable car. The cozy parlor with an open fireplace and the sun terrace invite you to take a break.
