At our Gasthof Mühlbauernstube in Saalfelden, it's not just a love of cookery that takes top priority, the use of high-quality ingredients is also important. Skitouren gehen wird immer populärer. Nicht unbedingt im freien Gelände, sondern auch auf ganz normalen Skipisten. Aus diesem Grund gibt es in Gastein die so genannten Skitouren Abende. Jeweils Mittwoch und Freitag ist die Graukogelhütte, und jeden Donnerstag die Stubneralm bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Die Pistenpräparierung findet erst danach statt. Zusätzlich haben diese beiden Hütten auch in den Vollmondnächten geöffnet. Wer aber das Abenteuer sucht, dem raten wir, sich mit einem unserer best ausgebildetsten Skiführer in Verbindung zu setzen
