Fun for the whole family is pre-programmed at the holiday highlight on the 1.6 km long summer toboggan run on the Biberg. Simply get in, activate the gear lever and off you go!
On the action-packed downhill run, you leave 345 metres in altitude, 61 curves and 3 super jumps behind you. Whether you want to be a speedy downhill runner or a leisurely pleasure tobogganer, you can easily set your own speed with the gear lever.

Who seduced whom here? Eve the Adam or the breathtaking panorama the pleasure woodpecker? Let's be honest. History should actually be rewritten. Because up here, 1000 meters above sea level, embedded in this unique mountain and hilly landscape, sin seems to have been born. Whereby: "There’s no sin on the mountain pasture" – and so we indulge in enjoyment and joie de vivre together and no longer ask about who did or what. Our house is located quiet and in a sunny location
at the valley station of the 8 Königslehenbahn in Radstadt.
Also at the 6 km long toboggan run Königslehen and the Tauern cross-country trail. Ski school and ski rental directly in front of the house.

We are a family-run business, the needs of our guests is our priority. For us it is important that the guests come as a guest and leave as friends.

Together in the middle of it all. You can hardly feel more free than skiing and snowboarding on the Hochkönig. 120 km of slopes are waiting for you. These include runs with ideal conditions and natural deep snow slopes. Modern cable cars bring you up all day and of course a stop at the tom Almhütte is a must.

From the Sonnalm, the toboggan path leads through the snow-covered coniferous forest in serpentines down to the hotel village of Zauchensee at 1,350 m. A gentle route with a constant gradient.
