Every year in winter the spruce throw their Fichtenzapfen on the forest floor, and from some of these pins there are formed small creatures that exist only in this forest in Altenmarkt: the Fichtel!

Over a length of more than three kilometres, the "Flow One" flow trail promises fun and action on the mountain bike. The trail stretches over 300 metres in altitude and different terrain from the top station of the Natrun cable car (free bike transport) to the valley, pure riding fun.
