► Wednesday: Legendary Grossarl ‘Weinroas’ with 10 top Austrian & Italian winegrowers in various hotels. Here at the Nesslerhof we welcome the Gesellmann winery from Burgenland. 
► Thursday: Gala dinner with wine accompaniment from the Gesellmann winery
► Friday: ‘Pleasure & Wine Gala’ in the heated gala tent with all the winegrowers present, pouring their excellent wines and a Big Bottle for tasting. Enjoy culinary delights made from regional ingredients from the Grossarltal gourmet region.

It can happen that the guest whisperers already feel a wish, although it has not yet been expressed by the guest.

Exclusive and personal moments of pleasure also await in the restaurants with local products & passionate preparation. Meat products are sourced from the in-house butchery "Großarler Genuss" and wherever possible, products are purchased from the farmers and suppliers around the corner. The perfect place to get away from it all – sometimes the journey doesn't have to be far to be quite far away!

Delicious culinary delights with a magnificent view on the Kaiblingalm ski trail

d'Genussalm is located directly on the ‘Kaiblingalm-Skiweg 6A’ piste - the connecting piste to the most wonderful runs on Hauser Kaibling. d'Genussalm is one of the AlmSkihütten and is one of a total of 16 huts on Hauser Kaibling.

In a comfortably modern hut ambience incl. sun terrace with a fantastic view of the Dachstein massif, connoisseurs get their money's worth with Kaiserschmarren and hot chocolate. You don't want to leave there? Then on top of that you can secure one of the new apartments, in rustic cozy style and equipped with all amenities.

Sonnalm Zauchensee – Sense of home and cosiness at 1740 metre altitude int the middle of the ski area Zauchensee. Traditional cottage in old wood with great sun terrace and outlook to the mountain world directly at the slope. Austrian kitchen with local delicacies and liqueurs, schnaps and beef from the own farm. (Kirchgassgut).

Snowshoe hike in the direction of Hirschgrubenalm in Hüttschlag.

From the Oberneureit farm in Hüttschlag, snowshoe uphill along the goods road or along a forest path towards the Hirschgrubenalm (not open in winter). The tour ends shortly before the Hirschgrubenalm due to a game reserve. The Hirschgrubenalm is located in a wide basin in a marvellous mountain landscape - back along the same route.

After the tour you can fortify yourself in the Aschaustüberl.

SKISCHULE FÜR MENSCHEN MIT BEHINDERUNG

Mit guter Stimmung und Produkten aus der eigenen Landwirtschaft lockt der Zirbenwirt ins Tal. Aber Achtung, wer gewagt hat eine der erst beschriebenen Leckerei auszulassen, bekommt keinen Burger vom eigenen Angus oder Kalliste Rind! Kleiner Scherz, natürlich steht dieses Highlight allen zu.
