Honest and unadulterated dishes are served here using high-quality, fresh ingredients – primarily from the region.

In summer and winter the chef seduces his guests with a multi-course menu. Breakfast and dinner can be taken in the hotel's delicacy restaurant or in the Zirbelstube, a rustic, very private séparée with space for 20-25 guests. The parlor exudes history and cosiness and is suitable for festive occasions.
