The mountain bike, road bike and e-bike tours range from family-friendly loops to challenging uphill and downhill sections.
Perfect for less well-conditioned bikers: In the five regions of Ski amadé, there are plenty of places where you can recharge your own batteries and those of your e-bike.

For mountain bike adventures
Salzburger Sportwelt boasts a whopping 540 kilometres of diverse mountain bike routes. Bikepark Wagrain additionally offers lots of action for MTB addicts and adrenaline junkies. Downhill lines, Slopestyles, singletracks, North Shore Trails … After an ascent with the “Flying Mozart” cable car, daring freeriders can look forward to a spectacular mix of trails and obstacles.
Tip: Since 2018, the Stoneman Taurista offers 123 kilometres of pure mountain bike feeling!
For tours of exploration
he Schladming-Dachstein Bike Region has undergone a lot of changes in the last two years. Following hot on the heels of the Reiteralm Trails, which opened in June 2019 with 15 km of new single-trails, Bikepark Schladming has now also been expanded and is raring to get this season started with 35 km of trail-riding thrills. This major investment has significantly increased the biking opportunities for families and rookies especially.
A bike shuttle bus between Schladming and the Reiteralm Preunegg Jet lift also provides a convenient additional connection to the two bike parks. Making 50 km of trails available to our biking guests on a single ticket!
For training sessions
If you’d like to train on your bike, you’ll find an official trail network of 120 kilometres. Athletic mountain biker or uphill fan with peak ambitions: The 15 signposted mountain bike routes on diverse trails and forest roads are perfect for training. For instance, the Gasteiner Valley bike trail from Böckstein to Klammstein or the new “Bertahof” trail route.
Take a break! At the farmed alpine pastures with their huts, every break turns into a pleasurable stop with breathtaking scenic views and culinary highlights.
For e-bike tours
Climbing steep ascents and covering long distances with ease – to make that possible, people like to ride e-bikes on the Hochkönig. The region in Salzburg is well-known and popular for its E-MTB tours in a stunning mountain scenery.
Well-deserved breaks should be spent at the many rustic and cosy huts along the trails. Groups of bikers of all ages can savour tasty meals while they recharge their bikes’ batteries at the charging stations.
For family tours
In the Grossarl Valley, families and leisurely bikers can ride over flat terrain and gently undulating hills. A total of 140 kilometres of trails can be explored by ambitious pedal pushers in the south of Salzburg. Depending on start and endpoint, there are 16 signposted and safe trails for various levels of skill.
Tip: A sporty highlight for those who enjoy downhill rides is the 10-kilometre singletrack in the Grossarl Valley.
