Thanks to our ideal location, we have a wide range of options for making your paragliding tandem flight: whether calm and comfortable, or action-packed with a good dose of adrenaline. The church with its characteristic, crooked steeple and the Gothic architecture is among the oldest historic buildings in the valley. The tower, with rounded arch and acoustic windows in the upper story, had to be reinforced with a retaining wall in 1616, because it was already beginning to lean severely towards the northwest. We unfortunately do not know who the architect was.
The high altar inside the church has been remodeled several times. The jewel of the parish church is the late Gothic Madonna, created in 1460. It shows the Virgin Mary with child on a crescent moon. In 2001 parts of the church were renovated.

The highlight at the end of a ski tour on the Hochwurzen. At the small Hochwurzen summit, you can enjoy your summit victory in peace, including the view of the Dachstein, the Enns Valley and the Schladminger Tauern. The perfect photo spot for all summit strikers. For refreshments afterwards, the small Hochwurzen hut is also close by.

The extensive menu offers much more than an "ordinary" ski hut. Only high quality products are processed and drinks and food are served just as the chefs, Christian Gappmayr and Christian Steiner, would like to enjoy themselves!

Die Silver Bullet Bar bietet den besten Aprés-Ski mit Live-Bands die ganze Wintersaison täglich (außer Mittwoch) ab 15.30 Uhr an.
Im Sommer ist das Silver Bullet der Treffpunkt im Zentrum von Bad Gastein!

At the entrance of the Gastein valley 60 m over the access road on the Klammstein is Klammstein castle, probably the area’s oldest, historical building. The earliest settlement of the valley began here. Many famous lineages expanded this castle for the protection of the valley and its residents. Until the 16th century, the headquarters of mining and jurisdiction were found here.
In the following centuries, the no longer used castle became dilapidated. In 1972, the main tower of Klammstein castle was renovated and today houses a museum, which you can visit.
