This is ensured by a cozy ambience with only 39 exclusive accommodations, a contemporary 4-star superior standard, an unbeatable location directly on the slopes of the Pongau mountains and a heartfelt personal "adults preferred" guest culture. Here you can revive freed from all constraints and experience the pure Austrian way of life. At our Gasthof Mühlbauernstube in Saalfelden, it's not just a love of cookery that takes top priority, the use of high-quality ingredients is also important. They must be fresh and as far as possible from the region. In the cosy parlour you can feast with joy and pleasure or enjoy the warming winter sun on our wonderful sun terrace. Skiers, snowboarders, cross-country skiers and winter hikers - but of course all non-sports enthusiasts and connoisseurs are also welcome here at any time.

In the middle of a breathtaking mountain world at 1,870 m – at the mountain station of the Tauern cable car – you can indulge yourself in the TOMiziel with regional specialties and a unique sun terrace including a view of the Dachstein.

The TOMiziel belongs to the AlmSkihütten and is one of a total of 15 skihuts on the Hauser Kaibling. One look says more than 1,000 words! Just looking at the umbrella bar it quickly becomes clear that you just have to stop here. Wood and glass dominate the architectural design, which fits perfectly into the ambience on the mountain and combines alpine lifestyle with a touch of modernity. The all-round glazing of the TOMiziel enables a 360-degree view of the breathtaking mountains.

The culinary offer spans a wide range, from hearty mountain breakfasts to piste burgers or Hüttengröstl to classics such as Kaiserschmarren or yeast dumplings.

Living in the Berggasthof Scharfetter
Experience the charm of the mountain rooms in summer as well as winter and relax at 1,800 m above sea level in the Berggasthof Scharfetter. The location is ideal for everyone who loves the feeling of being alone and being the first to draw tracks on the freshly groomed slope - you can set off before breakfast and enjoy it only after the first descent.
