Direkt in WAGRAINi's Winterwelt bei der Roten 8er Gondel befindet sich die Edelweiß Alm. Eine gemütlich urige Almhütte mit besonderen Schmankerln.

With the new Panorama Link in the Heart of Ski amadé, you can enjoy the diverse offer of the three ski areas including 210 varied kilometers of slopes with a single lift ticket on just one ski day. While skiing between the villages of Wagrain and Kleinarl, you can enjoy an unmistakable mountain panorama of the Hohe and Niedere Tauern.

The 140 m long suspension bridge on the Stubnerkogel is accessible all year round and is located not far from the Stubnerkogelbahn mountain station in Bad Gastein. The bridge takes summit strikers 2.300 m above sea level from the terrace of the mountain restaurant to the transmitter station. It guarantees not only thrills, but also magnificent views of snow-covered mountains. The toboggan is one of the oldest pieces of winter sports equipment in the Alps – quite simply, it’s a classic. To this day, it remains a source of infinite enjoyment for young and old alike, with countless natural and man-made runs throughout Salzburg’s many valleys.

Start: Hahnbaumalm Restaurant (altitude approx. 1.100m)
Finish: city center of Sankt Johann (altitude approx. 650m)

Easy access to the start via the Hahnbaum double chair lift. The chair is open until 4pm, later ascents possible by taxi (approx. €35.00 one way for up to 8 pax, tariff will vary according to the meter).

Only about 200 metres away from the hotel is the entrance point to our family ski area in Filzmoos, which is also part of Austria's largest ski association, Ski amadé. The skiing area is an absolute insider tip for connoisseurs and the snow-hungry. Local produce is a priority for us. Basically, our aim is to process as many products as possible from local animals, local farmers and sustainable agriculture. Whether on a plate or in a glass, we conjure up excellent products that will inspire you.

A sleigh ride in the winter landscape of Altenmarkt-Zauchensee is a fairytale experience. Enjoy the ride in nature and feel the fresh air. Over snowy meadows and forest paths it comes with our sleigh through snowy Zauchtal.

The Kühberg Alm is a traditional Salzburg wooden hut in the bottom station of the Grafenberg Lift where skiers and guests can be spoiled all day long. We offer traditional Austrian home cooking, a different midday set menu every day and there is always plenty of choice: something warm from the soup bowl, various salads, baked potatoes, specialities of the region, pasta dishes and, of course, our homemade Austrian cakes and desserts.

The extensive evening menu offers specialities such as local beef, fresh fish in Mediterranean style, spare ribs and a wide range of desserts.

An der taleinwärts gesehen rechten Seite liegen hier der Talwirt und das Bauernladenstüberl. Ersterer ist bekannt für seine schaurige Maskenausstellung im Keller und die Nationalparkausstellung „Bergwald“ im ersten Stock.
