1. Organiser
The organiser of our competitions is Ski amadé GmbH, Prehauserplatz 3, 5550 Radstadt. The competitions are in no way related to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube or Vimeo and are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook, Instagram, Youtube or Vimeo.

2. Participation

  • Competition: Ski amadé Short Clip Contest

The competition starts with the playout in the Ski amadé newsletter on 22.11.2018. The winners will be selected from all those who submit a video contribution via the Ski amadé website. The winners will be personally notified.

  • Raffle: TASTE Ski amadé & TEST Atomic Savor

There will be a live raffle at the venue. Only tickets with the mandatory fields completed will be entered into the raffle. The winners will be determined right there and then. 

3. Conditions of participation
Employees and relatives of Ski amadé GmbH and its partner companies are excluded from participating in the competition. People aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. The participation of lottery agencies and other automatically generated mass entries and submissions is expressly excluded and will not be considered when determining the winners.

4. Prize and determination of prize

  • Competition: Ski amadé Short Clip Contest:

An in-house jury will select the winners from all the entries. The determining of the winner will take place away from the public eye on 25-04-2019.

The winners will be informed of the prize by e-mail. The winners must respond within 7 days to the notification of the prize by private message and provide their contact details (first name, surname, street, postcode, email address, telephone number). If they fail to do so, the prize is expired.

The prizes will be sent to the winners. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Any costs, fees, taxes or delivery incurred in connection with the prize shall be borne by the winner. By submitting an entry, participants accept the terms and conditions.

  • Raffle: TASTE Ski amadé and TEST Atomic Savor:

5. Granting of rights of use and mention of names
The participants grant the organiser, free of charge and without any restrictions to the use and the simple right to reproduce, distribute, make publicly accessible, exhibit and edit the content they have provided to the organiser as part of the raffle or competition and to transfer these rights to third parties such as technical service providers. The granting of such rights is unlimited in time until withdrawal by the participants.

The participants agree that their contributions to the raffle or competition, and their names in connection with the competition, the drawing of their name, the processing or presentation of the participant contributions will be made public by the organiser. The granting of the rights mentioned before solely serves the operation and provision of the competition and any presentation of entries online via social media.

6. Exclusion of warranty
The organiser points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed, due to external circumstances and constraints, without this giving rise to any claims on the part of the participants against the organiser. External circumstances and constraints may include technical problems, legal changes or measures by third parties outside the organiser's area of influence. The prizes cannot be redeemed in cash. Any legal action is out of the question.

7. Limitation of liability
The organiser is not liable for any changes in quality of life, injury to body or health and expressly does not assume any dangerous or endangering situations for participation.

8. Data protection information
The following data protection information clarifies the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of the participants data in the context of the competitions by the organiser, who is responsible for data protection. The organiser collects, processes and uses the personal data of the participants only in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and for the delivery, execution and handling of the competition. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to provide the organiser with his/her data until revoked.

9. Right of information and withdrawal
Participants have the right, upon request and free of charge, to obtain information about the personal data stored about them by the organiser. In addition, participants have the right to correct incorrect data, revoke consent, block and delete their personal data, if this does not conflict with any legal storage obligations.

10. Notes and conditions from Facebook
If the competition takes place within the Facebook platform, the following additional regulations apply:
In addition to these conditions of participation, the relationship between the organiser, the participant and Facebook is determined by the conditions of participation https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms and the Facebook Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

Participants may not assert any claims against Facebook in connection with participation in and use of the competition. Participants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by, or connected to, Facebook. All inquiries and notices regarding the competition should be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

11. Differing conditions, applicable law, language of contract and contact
Differing conditions of the participants will not be recognised unless the organiser expressly agrees to their validity in writing. Austrian law applies. This is a translated document and the Austrian version will hold up in a court of law.
