Data protection declaration
Personal data will be collected or used by the organizer solely for the purpose of performing and executing the competition prizes. The data will only be stored for as long as the above purposes requires it. The participants are entitled to legal information, change- and revocation rights.

Organizer
Organizer of the competition is the Ski amadé Gmbh, Prehauserplatz 3, 5550 Radstadt. (Further called "organizer")
The raffle is not connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The contact person and recipient of the information provided by the participants is the Ski amadé GmbH only.

Conditions of participation

1. By participating in the competion by posting a screenshot in the comment section under the posting or by uploading the screenshot in the form on the my Ski amadé Friends Club competition page, the participants accept this Terms of Participation and Privacy Policy.
    
2. Eligible to participate are all persons over the age of 14 who are "fans" of Ski amadé on Facebook or Instagram by marking the pages with "Like" or "Follow" or members of the my Ski amadé Friends Club.
    
3. The participants have the opportunity to win prizes worth a total of approx. EUR 8000,-. The ALL-IN Card White vouchers are only valid for the winter season 2023/24 and can be redeemed at all lift ticket counters in Ski amadé. The prizes are not redeemable in cash. A sale to third parties is unlawful. The prizes of the competiton will be sent to the winners and are excluded from exchange or cash redemption. The legal process is excluded.
    
4. Duration of the competition
   Week 1: 17.11. – 24.11.2023, ending 12:00 MEZ
   Week 2: 24.11. – 01.12.2023, ending 12:00 MEZ
   Week 3: 01.12. – 08.12.2023, ending 12:00 MEZ
    
5. Participant's mode:
   Instagram: Create a screenshot of a matched pair showing the desired prize. Participation in the raffle is done by posting a screenshot in their own story adding following tags: @skiamade #seasonkickoff23

   Attention: We can see story tags only in public profiles! If you have a private profile, do the same steps as described and send a screenshot of your story via direct massage.

   Facebook: The participation in the raffles takes place by posting a screenshot in the comment section of the article.
   Friends Club: Take a screenshot of the desired prize on Facebook or Instagram and upload the screenshot in the form on the my Ski amadé Friends Club competition page https://www.skiamade.com/sko-my_en for a double chance of winning
   The prizes will be raffled invariably to community members who follow Ski amadé on Facebook and Instagram.
   Participants only participate in the raffle of the prize they have "caught" in the circle.
    
6. Copying and posting screenshots of other participants is not allowed. Only one entry is possible per person.
    
7. The winners will be randomly selected from all screenshots and will be notified via the comment function and by PM. The winners of the screenshots sent in via the my Ski amadé Friends Club competition form will also be chosen at random and notified by email. Participants expressly agree that their name may be published in the event of a prize under the entry.
    
8. Winners must react within 14 days of being notified by stating their contact details. The prize is transmitted by postal delivery. The organizer bears the costs of shipping and assumes no liability for the correct delivery.
    
9. If the winner does not respond within the specified period or the prize can not be delivered due to incorrect information, the prize will be forfeited.
    
10. The organizer reserves the right to change the raffle, interrupt or terminate the raffle, especially if for technical or legal reasons, a proper execution of the raffle can not be guaranteed. Such reasons may e.g. Computer viruses, manipulation or ateempted misuse, hardware and / or software bugs, or changes to the Facebook promotion policies.
    Similarly, the organizer reserves the right to remove abusive contributions or contributions that do not correspond to the "net quota", without comment.
     
11. Participants who violate these Terms of Participation or the Facebook Terms of Use and Policies may be barred from entering and blocked from accessing the sites for any reason.
     
12. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected.
     

The conditions of participation are subject to Austrian law.
