Ski amadé GmbH is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WAA) and the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA.

This declaration on accessibility applies to www.skiamade.com.

Status of Compatibility with the Requirements
This website is partially compliant with conformance level AA of the ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG 2.1’ or with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Non-accessible Content
The following content is not or only partially accessible for the reasons listed:

  • Some PDF documents are not accessible because they are older or were provided by third parties.
  • Embedded third-party content (e.g., videos, widgets) does not fully comply with WCAG requirements.
  • Some images lack alternative text or contain insufficient descriptions.
  • Videos on our website are currently not accessible. While we aim to provide accessible versions, doing so presently represents a disproportionate burden.
  • Some texts may include foreign words or complex sentence structures. Upon request, we are happy to provide simplified versions.
  • Some ARIA labels have not yet been correctly implemented.
  • The contrast between foreground and background does not always meet the minimum accessibility requirements. This is due to our corporate design and cannot be corrected without significant effort.

We are continuously working to eliminate these barriers and provide accessible alternatives wherever possible.

A complete website relaunch is planned in the near future. As part of this process, digital accessibility will be fully taken into account in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the Web Accessibility Act (WAA).

Statement Preparation
This statement was prepared on April 7, 2025, and last updated on May 7, 2025.
The assessment of the website was based on a self-evaluation according to WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, supplemented by automated testing tools.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG will make recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures designed to remedy the problem.
