Summer in Radstadt

Mountain bikers, leisure cyclists, e-bikers and road cyclists will find plenty of opportunities in Radstadt and the surrounding Salzburger Sportwelt to get pedalling. It almost seems as if the name says it all: on hundreds of kilometres of bike and road cycling routes, every cyclist's heart beats faster. Radstadt is also considered the ideal base for mountain bikers to tackle the Stoneman „Taurista“ with its 147 km and 4,700 m of elevation gain.

Thanks to its protected historic town centre, Radstadt is widely known as "the old town in the mountains". With "The Secret of the Three Towers", Radstadt becomes THE new excursion destination for families in Salzburger Land. "The Secret of the Three Towers" is an interactive adventure game in which puzzles, in the style of an escape room, are spread across the entire town centre and staged with an exciting story and plenty of spectacular effects. By solving the puzzles, the players drive the story forward themselves and become the main characters in a cinematic adventure. The story is ideal for older children aged 8 and up, and the game can be played by teenagers aged 12 and up without their parents. Escape room was yesterday - today, the whole town is your escape room.

At Golfclub Radstadt, you can look forward to a superbly maintained 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole academy course. The first nine holes of the championship course mostly run through the valley, but then the golfers head for the heights. You glide with the world-unique golf cable car "Birdie Jet" to tee 12 at 1,000 metres above sea level. There you play the longest drive of your life, down to the fairway of hole 13, which lies 100 metres lower.
