    Summer holiday in Hüttschlag

    Hüttschlag is a former mining village and lies at 1,020 m, about 8 km up the valley from Grossarl. Since 1991, Hütschlag has been part of the Hohe Tauern National Park. It is the largest national park in the Alps. The range of hiking options in Hüttschlag is unique. 

    Since 2008, Hüttschlag has been a mountaineering village. These villages are selected according to strict criteria and are a project of the Austrian Alpine Club as part of the implementation of the International Alpine Convention. Cozy accommodation, great hiking and mountain bike opportunities, as well as 3 via ferratas, await you in Hütschlag.
