Competition: Easter competition – Find the Easter bunnies
1. Organizer
Organizer of this competition is the Ski amadé GmbH, Prehauserplatz 3, 5550 Radstadt. This raffle is unrelated to Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored or organized by Facebook or Instagram in any way.
2. Participation
🐰 Find the 5 posts in which Easter bunnies are hidden (the first post does NOT count!)
🐰 Like all 5 posts in which you have found the bunnies AND comment below how many bunnies are hidden (only one comment per post counts!)
🐰 TIP: The bunnies are sometimes hidden in the picture, sometimes in the text, ooor both...
🐰 As always – Only community members can win, so don't forget to like the Ski amadé Facebook page / the @skiamade Instagram account!
3. Conditions of participation
Employees and members of Ski amadé GmbH and its partner companies are excluded from participating in the raffle. Eligible are persons over 18 years. The participation of lottery agencies and other automatically generated mass entries and broadcasts is expressly excluded and not taken into account in the determination of winners.
4. Competition period:
23.03.2024, 12:00 CET – 01.04.2024 12:00 CET
5. Prize and determination of the winner
Participants can win 2x a winter holiday in Ski amadé for 4 people (3 nights in a 4* hotel incl. half board & 4x 3-day ski passes for winter 2024/25). One prize will be raffled on Instagram and one on Facebook. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed in the 2024/25 winter season. No extension possible. Stay subject to hotel availability.
Winners will be notified of their win via Instagram and Facebook. Winners must respond to the prize notification via private message within 7 days and provide their contact details (first name, surname, street, postcode, email address, telephone number). If this is not the case, the prize will be forfeited.
Any costs, fees, taxes or duties incurred in connection with the prize shall be borne by the winner. The prize is a holiday stay only without travel. By submitting an entry, participants accept the terms and conditions of entry.
6. Granting of rights of use and attribution
Participants grant the organiser the non-exclusive right, free of charge and without geographical restriction, to reproduce, distribute, make publicly accessible, exhibit and edit the content they provide to the organiser as part of the competition and to transfer these rights to third parties, such as technical service providers. This authorisation is granted for an unlimited period of time until it is revoked by the participants.
The participants agree that their contributions to the competition and their names may be made public by the organiser in connection with the competition, the draw, processing or presentation of the participants' contributions. The granting of the aforementioned rights serves solely for the operation and provision of the competition and any presentation of entries in online and social media.
7. Exclusion of warranty
The organiser points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed, in particular due to external circumstances and constraints, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the organiser. External circumstances and constraints may include technical problems, legal changes or third-party measures beyond the Organiser's control. The prizes cannot be redeemed in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
9. Data protection information
The following data protection information informs participants about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data as part of the competition by the organiser as the data controller under data protection law. The organiser collects, processes and uses the personal data of the participants only in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and for the provision, implementation and processing of the competition. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to provide the organiser with the data provided until revoked.
10. Rights to information and cancellation
Participants have the right, upon request and free of charge, to receive information about the personal data stored about them by the organiser. In addition, participants have the right to correct incorrect data, revoke consent, block and delete their personal data, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.
11. Deviating conditions, applicable law, contract language and contact
Deviating terms and conditions of the participants will not be recognised unless the organiser expressly agrees to their validity in writing. Austrian law shall apply.
